let’s assume the user is logged on in the corporate network. For the authentication the corporate IdP is used. The same IdP is also used by C4C. Does C4C as the SP (Service Provider) know in this case the identity of the user (User ID, e.g. D051702). I mean the user is already authenticated by the IdP and opens then the SSO-URL of the corporate SAP Hybris C4C in a client browser. In that case the IdP can directly send the SAML response with the authentication statement back to SP, but therefore C4C has at least to know which user has just opened the C4C URL in the web browser.
