I have used 'html' editor, and try, for example to add embed 'youtube' video, and first preview is working, but when you save, it disappears. I don't know if its some type of code review from SAP or something that i cannot see..

I am current edit a mail form using transaction code CRM_ERMS_MAILFORMS. I want to use the painter to create a mail. The mail is sth like quotation mail. I have to insert table into the mailform. Could someone know how to do such mail form?
BTW it will nice if someone can pass some basic learning PDFs about CRM mailform and how to config mailforms?
