For example, only access the c4c from my office .

I require that users connect to c4c only from my office.

First thing I'd say is that you are intending to turn a mobile solution into a non-mobile. This is reducing one of the great benefits C4C provides over CRM On-Premise.

I would propose you to reaserch over Single Sign On or certificates login as you may get a clue for solving your issue.
