Self Reflection of Partner Function Issue in CRM

Hi Experts ,

We have an issue where we are trying to suppress the Self Refelction of Partners functions while creating Service Orders in CRM .

For example Customer 100 in ECC has bill to party 150 . And in CRM while creating the Order in Partner Pop-up we also get the 100 as Bil to Party . ( self reflection )

We dont want to show that in pop-up. We tried using the Note :

1611708 - How to avoid Business Partner (BP) Self Reflection   but it is not working .

Do any one has idea how to fix this ?
