How to create TMG and use in changing PO number range?

We have a requirement for getting PO number based on plants. Kindly suggest where can we make a change to achieve this?

we have a logic but unable to understand where to write the logic as it is involving Z-table also to tell SAP to pick from which Number range Object type.

Look at Customer Exit EXIT_SAPMM06E_001 of Enhancement MM06E003.

(You can provide another number range or even a po number)
