Raw Material Kanban (Stock Transfer)

Hello,

We used to follow "make to order" process for our manufacturing system. Recently we have created a Kanban cycle for raw materials in S4 Hana. Have created a Kanban Sloc (111K) and the material master has been configured in MM01 as per Kanban requirement.

The problem what we are facing is, we are emptying the bins in the Kanban cycle (PK13n), the material reservation is working well in MF65 but the material which is staged through Kanban cycle at 111k Sloc is not picking and it is showing as inventory under 111k. At the end, physically the materials are consuming but in the system it is not picking hence not consuming. All these parts in Kanban are in the BOMs of the finished good. Every FG is having production orders also but the Kanban material is not picking automatically as we close the production orders.

Can someone help us on this, by saying how we can have the picking automatically against the production orders?

Lijo
