Be a part of this Early Adopter Care Program to take advantage of being among the first to integrate end-to-end from SAP SuccessFactors to SAP Concur via SAP Master Data Integration.

The Early Adopter Care Program (EAC) is a free-of-charge program that offers direct (1:1) interaction with the SAP Concur product and development team for Master Data Integration. The EAC comprises registration, technical evaluation, onboarding, implementation, and feedback. A duration of 3-6 months is defined by the Customer and the SAP Concur team after verifying the customer use case, landscape, and timelines.
The primary step towards successful registration is the customer satisfying the below Prerequisites.
- Concur Expense (Professional or Premium)
- Concur Production Sandbox Environment (Test Entity)
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- SAP BTP Commercial License
After registration, the SAP Concur Team will request more technical data on the customer landscape to analyse and identify any bottlenecks and challenges. The SAP Concur Team will start engaging the Customer to understand the business case and clarify the expectations and timelines from both sides.
Upon successful evaluation, EAC is kicked off. Onboarding (Setup), implementation, and Feedback will follow.
As part of the EAC onboarding, the following complimentary services will be implemented if not done already:
- SAP Master Data Integration (MDI)
- SAP Identity Provisioning Service (IPS) and Identity Authentication Service (IAS)
- SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (CALM)
At the end of the program, the Customer is asked to provide feedback on the integration, user experience, and challenges faced in several aspects of the integration.
