(Using SAP ByD)
We currently have our sales quote approval process configured into 3 steps.
Approver1 Pre-sales Manager
Approver2 Sales Manager
Approver3 Business Dev Manager
When an agent creates a new quote, it goes to A1, he approves it and then moves to A2.
If A2 edits the quote and adds a discount then submits, it is currently going back to A1 to reapprove instead of moving to A3.
Is that normal behavior? And if so, is there any way we can bypass it as A1's approval is irrelevant at this point.
