4E9_Accelerator to extract project data

Hi All,

We are in process to migrate our old running projects to new billing solution so as per Blog and below link:

We have downloaded Accelerator and used the same to extract the data following this as manual and Setup Communication Scenario.
We are getting error massages while extracting the data from system. please check one of attached error we get.

We are waiting for solution and guidance to extract data using this Accelerator.

Based on the two error messages it appears you might not be using the current template for the Migration cockpit. Be sure to use the current template. The second error suggest that there's bad data in a field within the data set. Have you been certain to follow process steps per the following two documents:

Hi Sunil,

We are also currently in process of migrating old existing project to the new billing solution and it seems the accelerator is not connecting to the database similar to you issue.

I have attached the screenshot. I hope the issue faced by you was resolved and I was hoping to gain some insights/help/process in order to rectify the issued faced by me.

We are waiting for solution and guidance in-order to solve this accelerator issue.

Hello All,

this was accelerator issue as MS Office was not able to accept the data downloaded by API.

The same API we have used and downloaded whole company data and saved successfully without any issue.

Secondly, Accelerator was used latest one so this was not the issue.

In fact, Accelerator should extract data for even based on company code or whole organization because based on service org can be bigger task and take manual efforts.
