I'm facing an issue in activity recalculation to the yield +scrap entered in the order confirmation screen (CO11N). Activities have been recalculated incorrectly for some order confirmations causing huge variances
Below is an example, here i the 1st record, during the confirmation entry, entire production order quantity has been considered for activity usage even the confirmed qty (yield + scrap) is only 2834.
Correct usage should have been (yield +scrap) 2834 X usage rate 0.7473 = 2117.85
Instead, the usage is calculated as 25511.327, that is considering the entire order quantity of 34138.
This issue was found only in production client only for few orders. Couldn't find anyway to replicate the issue in a development client.
Product version is SAP S/4HANA 2020.

What could be the reason for this behavior, has anyone came across this? Is there a way to reproduce this ?
No master data changes were observed. Users do not change the actual usage in the confirmation screen.
Appreciate your input on this.
