AFC service Instance

Dear Community,

I want to enable API call in AFC, for this purpose I need client_id and secret. I found that could be created after creating service key. But for that I need to create instance.

Now I cannot create instance as in options it is not available. If you can guide me how to create instance and service key.

I dont know I am missing role or Authorization?

Any help would be appreciated.
