Can't change country of origin on items via DI API

It seems like we are unable to change country of origin on items using DI API. I am pretty sure this is a problem with the DI API and not my code as the code worked previously and if I try to update an invalid value like "de" instead of "DE" I get an error on update. When I update valid value like "DE" it doesn't give any error on update, but the value does not change in the database.

Anyone else having this kind of problem?

We are using Sap Business One, version for SAP HANA 10.0 PL2.

If the same code worked in the previous versions or patches and no changes have been done to the program for the current version, you can raise an incident for SAP Business One Support Team to get it investigated.

Please mention the version and patch where it worked fine while creating the incident.
