Collection Specialist substitute end date 31.12.9999 is not available.

Doing configuration of SSCUI ID 101921 In the step Assigning Substitute is showing error message "Specialist CB9980117687 is not available in the period from 18.12.2023 to 31.12.9999 ".

1. In the Configure activity search for the SSCUI 101921 Define Collection Groups.
2. Select the assigned processor in the collection group.
3. Open tab Assign substitute to processor.
4. In the change mode provide the subtitute collection specialist start date and end date ending with *.*.9999.

The collection substitute start date should be a future data and the end date must be a valid date.
