Cost accounting problems in MTO mode （the Strategy Group of the material as S5 OR B6)

We have a make-to-order production and sales business.We will select the Strategy Group of the material as S5 in the material master data.

However, there is a problem with this, that is, the sales order must publish the cost, but when the sales order is placed, the material BOM and route are incomplete.We don't want to release the sales order standard cost at this time. So we wanted to choose the B6 strategy Group in the material master data.

However, we are experiencing some problems, as detailed in my attachment document.We wanted to know if this would meet our needs.
