Decimal points for quantities in Material BOM

is it possible to have more than 3 decimal points for quantities field in BOM?

if not possible, what would be the workaround.

You can expand the base quantity of BOM as the screenshot.

For example: as the screenshot, you set the base Qty = 100, which means you want to produce 100 finished material use how many raw material, in this way, you can expand the decimal points.

S/4 Hana Cloud allows configuration of new bespoke UOM's with reference to existing SAP provided UOM and as such utilise its settings. However, the underlying config of the UOM's eg the number of decimal places which is accessed via the SPRO t-code CUNI in on premise has not been made available in the SSCUI in the CBC for Public Cloud. Therefore, you must work with the standard 3 decimals. As a work around you can increase the reference base quantity of the BOM so the BOM item quantities can be increased and as such 3 decimals supports them.
