Financials - Chart of Accounts Golden Arrow Balance Error

So on this specific user account when i choose any g/l account and click on the golden arrow to see the balance it gives me this error. like the account balance should pop up but nothing happens

"Number form -2,417,483,648 to 2,417,483,648."

which looks like some kind of 32 bit signed integer or something.

i checked authorizations, which have full authorizations, b1 packages all installed. Only difference is that they are not a super user and when i tried the super user it gave an error saying that b1 isnt installed so maybe its related to that.

So basically when that error happens i cant close the chart of accounts at all or anything unless i close sap b1 completely so i cant view any balances. everything else seems to be working any ideas on what i can do?

Hi,

Can you confirm if any other user can open the account balance from the chart of account?

Have you checked if my removing or commenting additional code in stored procedure, helps in opening the account balance screen?
