Hi Dears,
Can a customer request to stop SAP ByD upgrades ? if yes then what the process of stop product upgrades if anyone knows please share. Similarly in pricing of SAP ByD is there any element of AMC and customer can terminate AMC to reduce its cost ??

Dear Abdul,
SAP upgrades are predefined task and done in the clusters of your system IDs, If you have multi-tenant subscription ( Other Customers also hosted on same server) then its not possible to stop the BYD upgrades.
If you have private tenant ( only your system is hosted on single server) then, we can check with concerned team about the feasibility.
Note - You can create an incident with valid business use case so that we can check if its possible.
Regarding your AMC cost, i think this is about licensing of your tenant. Please contact your account sales executive or CEE for further details on this.

If you are in Public Tenant then it is not possible to stop the upgrades but if you are in Private Tenant then you have the Flexibility.
Private Tenant: Flexible upgrade / downtime / maintenance schedule possible.
Public Tenant: Downtimes/upgrades are in general and can't stop.
