Hi nikunjmehta2290

If it was working fine before and suddenly you faced this issue then please check if port 8080 and 8443 are blocked ?

Try to access B1if using using below URLs from Integration server browser:

 https://b1if server address:8443

http://b1if server address:8080

If issue is with fresh installation, kindly perform clean reinstall with below steps:

1. Uninstall the Integration Component from control panel
2. Clean up the folder %temp%
3. Delete the folder, where the integration component were previously installed, if it exists
4. Delete B1if / IFSERV database schema
5. Remove antivirus and firewall protection
6. Remove the Java from add-removeprograms section, if exists
7. Delete the hidden folder named "Zero G Registry" in "C:\Program Files (x86)\".
If you do notsee this folder, change the settings in Windows Explorer to show hidden files/folders
8. Open Windows Registry and delete thekey folders below:
----
32-bit server: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SAP\Business One Integration
32-bit server:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Apache Software Foundation\Procrun 2.0\Tomcatx
----
64-bit server:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\SAP\Business One Integration
64-bit server:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Apache Software Foundation\Procrun 2.0\Tomcat6
System variables list.
10. From SQLServer Management Studio, go to SBOCOMMON database and delete/truncate all records from these 3 tables: SLSP, SLSPP, and SEVT.
11. Reboot the computer
12. Install the Integration component again
13. Restart the Integration service.

If still having issue, please create incident using component SBO-INT-B1IF.

Thank You.
Kind Regards
