Yes, it is possible to integrate an electronic signature into SAP Business by Design. This can be done by using a third-party eSignature solution such as Adobe Sign. Additionally, some SAP partners such as DocuSign offer their own eSignature solutions that can be integrated with SAP Business by Design.
