is SAP S/4HANA 1602 the same as SAP S/4HANA 1511 FPS01 ?

Hello

we are going to start a project on S/4HANA, and were waiting to have the S/4 1602 available to download and install it.

So far I have found very little information on this new release (GA date ? delta ?)

But last week came ....be ready..... "SAP S/4HANA, on-premise edition 1511 Feature Package Stack 01" on help.sap.com and support.sap.com.

I think I have read almost all the linked documents, but am still confused about this release.

So is this the same as "1602", and if not, should I wait or install this one ?

Hello Eric,

yes "SAP S/4HANA, on-premise edition 1511 Feature Package Stack 01" is the official name. 1602 was an in-between term.

"SAP S/4HANA, on-premise edition 1511 Feature Package Stack 01" is following the initial implementation stack (= "SAP S/4HANA, on-premise edition 1511"). 

To make it complete, there is additionally "SAP S/4HANA Finance, on-premise edition 1503". On this page then everything listed together.
