Not able to create SES for unplanned services

Hi Gurus,

I have created a unplanned service PO with values 2,987,846.00 USD. Initially created a Service entry sheet with a value of 2,943,576.34. Further when i try to create SES for remaining amount but system gives error that unplanned services cannot be coded. I googled almost everywhere but not able to find the solution.

Overall limit i have given is 2,957,846.00 USD and in Expected value 2,987,846.00 USD. Is system only consider overall limit value or we can create SES upto expected value given.

Could please tell me why system not allowing to create SES of value 2,987,846.00 USD?

Total amount in ses should not exceed the overall limit value. It is design.

Could you explain why a limit is smaller than the expected value? Which logic is here applied?

In general just use F1 for both fields and you will get the explanation.
