When we are doing a hiring action the system will not allow an OM structure search and even we populate the position field with the position number it still isn’t pick the position up
This issue only applies to external employees, i.e anybody hired into employee subgroup IX.
The example we have can be seen below, we attempted to hire 1 of the GFL Managers in the system (position Senior Director Eng Technology P&A),
Position and org unit are not feeding through correctly in the PA Org assignment.
Can you please look into this or advise if a system change is required for this.
This issue (Job key) is happening in Production only but not in other systems. This restriction that prevents all External employees in PEH for the group 9 & IX.
I can confirm if were to hire an individual in employee subgroup other than 9 and ESG, it would be a successful hire action.
