Online W2 Form - Election for Online W-2/W-2c

Hi Folks,

Am facing an issue in the 'Online W2' Form. Am not getting to see the options when i click on 'New Election' button as shown at below screenshot.

Please suggest the solution what needs to be done for having the New Election options.

Last time I was issuing them, I uploaded a template I bought from this application for W-2 forms https://fillable-form-w2.pdffiller.com/ and got the same result (New Election option didn't work). I guess these two cases are connected somehow
