Thanks for the writeup and embedded video. Can you help to point to the latest Q-Gate template(s) ? For now, I am using the list of deliverables from roadmap viewer in the appropriate phases as per Slide 24 from ppt https://support.sap.com/content/dam/SAAP/SAP_Activate/PM_210.pptx. Is that the correct way to go about building the checklist?

@thanks for this helpful document, if you can share other documentation/templates related to implementation like sample project plan/Business blueprint/workbooks/any other documents used in implementation project that would be great help.

Depending on which solution you are implementing. Here are links to tasks with Q-Gate for:

For other "flavors" just look through SAP Activate methodology and search for Quality Gate or Q-Gate.
