1909 (On-premis) Group Reporting Data Collection

Hi All,

Does anyone know what the prerequisites are to using the new Data Collection app functionality in SAP group reporting. I am currently on S4 1909 (On-premise).

Do I need to be on FPS01 in order to use the Data collection functionality or do I just need to create the connection to the Cloud platform using the below link?

Hi Jurgen

In general you do not need to use GRDC app for On Premise solution, Unless you want to down load Consolidated data and upload into SAC- Planning module for Planning purpose.

But the thing is you can do Legal and Management Consolidation in S4H Grp Reporting it self.

You have to analyze and to see what is requirement of using GRDC On-Premise

*** It is for Cloud base Consolidation from getting data from other systems***
