Avoid the creation of Interaction record

Hello all,

When I created on WebUI (S4) several transaction type (specific), the second is always created with an interaction record (standard transaction type = 0010)

I don't understand why the first creation is OK (without interaction record) and the second creation is always linked to an interaction record...

How to avoid the creation of the interaction record (0010) when I created my transaction type ?

Dear Amélie,

please see note 2846919 which explains the purpose of the Interaction Record when using Interaction center, in S4 there is no standard way to suppress the creation of an IR.
