Central and regional instances

Due to regulations in some countries it would be need for the central and regional instances with S/4HANA cloud, if it is possible and what is best practice regarding this set up and governance?

Hello Slavisa,

As you know, in OP environment, we normally manually copy TR from one DEV to different Q/P for transportation, this mean we need to have authorization on OS level and access ERP from backend GUI. So from my understanding, we can't do it from CBC for public cloud. And Cloud ALM should also haven't such function currently.

To do it, please check with Cloud Operation team on relevant service as they can access system from backend.

Thanks for the answer. The customer already have a 2 tier with private and public cloud, but I am searching for solution for public cloud where we have one dev central environment and more PRD once, depends on the country requirements. Is it possible to handle this on a such way or through Cloud ALM and Central Business Configuration?
