Please assist with solution or ideas to explore to deliver the request.
We following the credit memo request processes in the J14 script - page 17/18 Create Manual Credit Memo Request with Preceding Document. The standard partial process is working as expected.
The ask is to partially credit certain hours for a specific employee and related the selected work item.
For example 1st employee- Angelina records 10hours with work item ID P001 and different day 14hrs with work item P003, 2nd employee- Ramaisa1 records 5hrs against work Item P002. Then the billing clerk prepare billing for these recorded hours as follows:
on the BDR the Billing Clerk postpone 5hrs against Work Item P001 and postpone 10hrs with item P003; then include in the bill Angelina's 5hrs against work Item P001 and 4hrs against work Item P003 + 5hrs|P002 for Ramaisa1 and send the invoice to the client. the second page of the invoice have these items visible to client.
Few days after sending the invoice to the client, the client comes back and ask a partial credit memo of Angelina's 2 hrs|P001 and 1hrs|P002 for Ramaisa1.
Is there a tool that can be used to see or enable Employee and Work Item on the screen below?
