Dear All,

In a previous question "CoE #RFL01 : O2C mass uploading credit memos", I was invited to use https://api.sap.com/api/API_CREDIT_MEMO_REQUEST_SRV/overview to mass upload credi memos.

We wish we could have this API executed from a new tile. Is it possible to execute the API from a tile in Sap Cloud (the API will then have a button to upload the csv file) ? Is there a blog or help describing the way this should be done ?

Then should necessarily this file be uploaded with the use of an ftp, or can it be done directly without having to use ftp/sftp, but only SAP Clloud + SCPI/BTP ?

Hi Guillaume,

As explained by Nina, 'Import Sales Documents' can support mass creation for limited sales document types by uploading Excel. In case supporting Credit Memo Requests and Billing documents this would fit in your requirement you can raise an influence or WCR to ask them support those billing document types as well.

Hi Guillaume,

There does not have existing app to support mass create credit memo requests. But there has an app named 'Import Sales Documents' can support mass creation for these sales document types by upload excel. You can check this app by business role 'SAP_BR_INTERNAL_SALES_REP' to check if it can meet you request. If yes, you can raise an influence or WCR to ask them support credit memo request as well.

Dear nina_kou

I can now acces this new app. Import Sales Documents, but apparently it is only set to import "Sales Orders", "Sales Quotations" and "Sales Orders Without Charges". I cannot see how would you import the Billing documents nor Credit Memos (wirth Reference Document field avaialble, to make it possible to refer to the billing document). So except if it is indeed possible, I wanted to know if there was any way we could create an app. that would do the job, using for instance https://api.sap.com/api/API_CREDIT_MEMO_REQUEST_SRV/overview
and allowing to direcly import a csv file from a computer, without using an ftp.

What do you think ?
