CRM_IC_IARECORD is obsolete

Dear Experts,

I found in CRM for S/4HANA 1809 that the BADI that suppress the automatic creation of interaction record

( CRM_IC_IARECORD ) is obsolete.

What should be used instead? A found nothing of it...

Hi Péter,

The interaction record is a central element of the Interaction Center as it documents the interactions with customers. There is no option to disable interaction record creation in SAP S/4HANA.
