Customer Master Data Migration to S4Hana On-Premise

Hi,

We are currently migrating customer master data to S4Hana On-premise system but we cannot complete or finished the migration due the error below.

Error: Account Statement is a required entry field.

I used the template(xml file) downloaded from t-code LTMC for customer.

Upon checking in table KNB1, the field is XAUSZ. We checked the field under t-code BUS2 to change it to an optional field but the error still occurs. The said field cannot be also found in the template (xml file).

Hi,

If you need to have the field filled out during migration, you can adjust your load file by adding the field to your load file via the migration object modeler.

If the business doesn't need the field filled out, I think you should look into the Field Groupings for customers in the IMG. I think you will find the field to be required there. And then you can change it on customer level instead of on business partner level.
