Dear Community,
After physical inventory, the inventory count results were confirmed in the 'confirm inventory count results' app.
Now, the end users found out a mistake was made during counting. But these differences are already showing up in the 'analyze differences' app.
Is there a possibility to cancel the confirmation so we can start a recount?

Dear Jonas,
first of all, sorry for the late reply.
The main purpose of the "Analyze Differences" app is to prevent direct MM and financially relevant postings based on tolerances. This is especially helpful if there was a mistake made during counting.
It is however not the idea to cancel the confirmation from this app. Instead I would propose to do a new inventory count to correct the mistake. This will then also go the difference analyzer and the two counts will even out and the correct count will be posted to MM.
