Delievry deleted but Delivery displays in VF04

Already delivery has been deleted but still, we can see it in VF04. May I know how to remove it from VF04?

Without sharing a screen shot, it will be difficult to assist you. When you say, delivery has been deleted, did you check the document flow for that sale order? Can you reconfirm that the delivery is deleted but the SAME reference is flowing in vf04 ??

I will check and update the screen shot,i need to take the reference SO number from user since I dont have the authorization.

I can see in VL03N , Delivery XXXXXX Does not exist in the data base or in the archive.

But I can see in VF04, please let me know what to do . I dont have any sales order number reference.
