Drag and Relate Error

So I can use everything in modules fine, but when I try to open anything in the tab "Drag & Relate", it just loads forever and sap b1 freezes up. I am on sapv10 as of now. Are there any solutions to fix this? Its everything in that tab which is broken and doesn't load. Im assuming there is so much data it cant load any of it? Any thoughts on how to fix this?

What is the SAP Business One version and patch?

A known scenario about Drag and Relate, is already documented in SAP Note 2875260.

Hi assassin66,

The issue mentioned in SAP Note 2875260 has been fixed in SAP Business One version 10.0 PL02.

Therefore, you should check the issue after upgrading the database to the higher patch.

Also, you need a valid S-User ID in order to open/read any SAP Note.

ill be honest, i dont know where the set up files are or where it is. I found the file location for sap b1 though
