DTW add new items duplication

Hi Experts,

I am using DTW to add new items to item master data (OITM).

However each item is duplicated so my 86 line upload has resulted in 172 items created (2 of each).

The window in DTW at end of upload advises 86 items created but this is not the case when I review in SAP

Any ideas why this has happened?

Kevin, Unless you share some template with few examples, it would not be possible to find the cause, thanks.
