Error Handling for API

Hi Expert

I would like you guys to help us with sharing documents of API. Now we are testing API and documenting it. we know if we send wrong data, API send us back return Values like below.

<MaximumLogItemSerrityCode>3</MaximumLogItemSerrityCode>

if we send correct data, the system send back to use "0". Is there any good resources to know all return values from API?

If no, how expert knows return values?
