Error "Operation failed; contact support center" when doing Copy Form Settings

I received an error "Operation failed; contact support center" when doing Copy Form Settings. We are using SAP B1 9.1, version SAP HANA.

Hi,

Before copying form settings, make sure all users disconnected from SAP B1.

Thank you for your response. I already done that and even rebooted our both servers. But still the same error.
