Dear All,
I have a client that wants the system to change the price of an existing transactions for a foreign vendor or customer after they have updated their exchange rate in SAP Business one.
How can that be resolved so they wont have to reverse the previous transactions.
Hi,
If transactions are already posted, that means that the Journal Entry is recorded and it becomes legally binding. The journal entry in that case has a very few fields which cannot be amended/edited.
If an entry is added with a specific exchange rate and then later on entry needs to be with another exchange rate then only option is to reverse the old and enter a new one with correct exchange rates.
