Factory Calendar for Maintenance

Dear Expert,

There is a requirement from my Client regarding Factory Calendar.

Production runs for 5 Days a week (Mon-Friday) but Maintenance runs 6 Days a week (Mon-Sat).

Maintenance Team wants system to generate Orders on Saturday as well from Maintenance Plans.

If a separate Factory Calendar (with 6 Working Days) is created for Maintenance, is there any potential impact on Production or PPDS?

Thanks for the links.

It is now clear that a separate Factory Calendar for Plant Maintenance won't hamper with Plant Level Factory Calendar.

I need to now assign this Calendar to Work Center as well as Maintenance Plan (Scheduling Indicator-Factory Calendar).

Is my understanding correct?
