How to add team category to Situation Template?

Hi all,

I am trying to set a Situation Handling functionality into our client´s SAP (private cloud) but I can not assign any Team Category to the new Situation Type. In some templates delivered by SAP is it working and it loads team category automatically, but in many others copied templates it does not. Any ideas how to solve that? Could be the problem that some of them (templates/teams categories/....) are not activated yet?

Hi garbusko,

It could be one of the following:

  1. The underlying business scope is not available. If the scope item is not activated, the related standard team categories will be missing in your system.
  2. The reuse service CA_RSM_RESPYRULES_SRV is not registered in your system (t-code /n/iwfnd/maint_service).

If it's none of the above, I would suggest you to create a ticket.
