In maintenance order, Can we restrict Technical completion for past/future dates...?

In Maintenance order, while doing Technical Completion(TECO) system is allowing the past and future dates.so, here can we restrict it as to allow only the current dates and time in S/4 HANA Public Cloud(2308 Version)?

In standard there is no method, you can discuss with your ABAP Consultant to implement a user exit on this activity.
