Is there a possibility to check if Custom fields are filled during Sales Billing process flow?

Currently, there is no BAdI available currently for checking custom fields before saving of billing document. Business might consider do the check in the preceding sales or delivery document via the sales BAdI(Sales Document Check Before Save) or the incompletion check(Manage Your Solution > Configure Your Solution : 'Incompleteness Procedures' > Configuration step : 'Define Incompleteness Procedures')
