item does not match schedule line (program error)

Hi All -while entering order in VA03/va02 error showing item does not match schedule line (program error). Please please help me.. I am not able to check any notes number mentioned. It will be helpful if someonecan write the steps.

I am fresher and beginner in this field having not enough knowledge..

checked froM table VBAP item category Z8C1 (customed)

IN vbep checked with the document number schedule line is CP

material Type in MRP 1 is Z1 and now checked vov5 Z8C1 and Z1 - schedule line was CP..

All are matching..😔 please help sir..

System will trigger this error message if there is an inconsistency between VBAP (sale order line item table) and VBEP (sale order schedule lines table). So do the following:-

• Check what item category is there in sale order
• Go to material material master and check what MRP Type is maintained under MRP1 view
• Then, finally, check, whether for the above two combinations, the required schedule line category is maintained in vov5
