Line item missing from FBL3N report

Line item is missing from FBL3N report. I am selecting correct parameters for FBL3N report.

The correct balance is shown in the FS10N report.

I have checked the document, it is not reversed.

Can anyone please tell me the reason for the same?

Hi

Check the open item key date that you have selected while running FBL3N

And also can you make sure that line item management and open item management display is activated for the GL

Also make sure that there are no parameters in dynamic selection

I am checking for all items.

Actually I know which document line item is missing from the FBL3N report, but i don't know the reason why is it not showing in FBL3N.

The document that I am referring to is very old (posted in FY 2009).

HI ,

If its related to 2009 and are you sure that you have selected fiscal year or date in which that document falls .

Can you Do one thing Please go to Dynamic selection of FBL3N and put that document number in Document number field and then find out whether that documents  come or not .

if it does then please look at posting date and GL accounts etc for that  and check the header data as well.

May document is related to different company code .

One more thing Please check when you run FS10N display line item can you see document there if you can then definatley you will be able to see .
