We have 3 employees who are all in the same job, all are part time employees, all are in the same pay scale level. When I run an ad hoc report to pull in minimum grade level, the amounts are not the same. Two of the employees are 64% and one is 54%. I am assuming that the difference in the minimum amounts is related to the employment percentage, but I cannot figure out the calculation to come back to the numbers. Can anyone assist me in how to calculate?
I am specifically looking at the fields below. Of note, the Minimum and Maximum for Pay Grade Group or Pay Grade Level match between the 3.
Pay scale level P0008-TRFST
Lower limit of pay grade level SYHR_A_P0008_AF_CPMIN
Upper limit of pay grade level SYHR_A_P0008_AF_CPMAX
Minimum for Pay Grade Group or Pay Grade Level (Year) SYHR_A_P0008_AF_X_SSMIN
Maximum for Pay Grade Group or Pay Grade Level (Year) SYHR_A_P0008_AF_X_SSMAX
