Menu entry info for reports in RDOC (SQL)

Hello,

I have a list of reports (Crystal and PLD) in the table RDOC. What I need is the menu item name or some other kind of unique category info under which each particular report is located.

Looking at the list of over 1300 reports, I see many entries with the same name in RDOC.DocName, such as Quotation (System), whereas the RDOC.DocCode of each report is different (unique).

My goal is an SQL query returning the above info. This might be not trivial as you most likely need the father menu item for each menu item in order to understand where it belongs to. I would have to list each menu level.

Any idea where to find the menu names and their relation to the reports? Thanks in advance!
