Migrate S/4HANA Cloud Public Cloud to a another S/4HANA Public Cloud

I am looking for best practice approach on how we migrate select countries (with a list of scope items & configuration) shall be created in another S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Tenant with Master and Transactional Data(Open Items & Balances).

Does anyone have experience in doing so. ?

Hi @balakumarsantharamey: You can look into the Available Migration Objects in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition.

This provides a list of migration objects which can be used in the Data MIgration process for the related scope items etc. in any implementations.

Here for open items, please search with the term 'Open' in the Column Header - Migration Object Name.
