Phases for System conversion Scenario - (ECC6 EHP4 to Suite on HANA)

Hi,

We are into planning phase of System Conversion Scenario. We are in the phase of migration from ECC6 EHP4 to Business Suite on HANA as a first phase of the project.

What are the phases which SAP will recommend?

Is it same as (Prepare-> Explorer-> Realize->Deploy)? or its different for first phase of project of moving from ECC6 EHP4 to Business Suite on HANA.
