Our supplier has advised that they have capacity constraints and they are only able to deliver 2 batches a week, a total of 110,000units.
My current MRP set up is running based on Monthly FC with safety days of 60 days. We have an MOQ of 55,000 with the same for the rounding value. When I run the MRP it has generated a Purchase Requisition of 990,000 for delivery on the 27.02.23. This is when we need the full delivery by to avoid consuming our safety days stock.
Is there a way when I release the PR issuing the Purchase order to the supplier, to add multiple Delivery schedule lines rather than the current 1 line into it automatically. So that it takes into consideration this delivery capacity with the adjusted delivery dates for each line. Or can I adjust my MRP settings somewhere to take this into consideration for the MRP run.
Hi tania3
Pls refer this wiki by MRP expert Caetano on schedule lines… may be it will help?
Thanks,
Anil
