PR Release is working but Workflow is not working

Hi,

There is one issue has found in PR Workflow. Situation has as below

1. In our business , PR Release has 4 Approves . It is based on Document Type & Plant Specific and Triggered based on Requisitioner.

It was working fine. But there is request to add one more Approver in PR,

So created new Release Code and assign in Release Strategy and also assign his user name in Workflow .

I added this user at 2nd approver stage and accordingly i changed in sequence also.

But now in this New User Work flow is not working , After 1st approver , PR is not showing in his Inbox. User can approve from T-code ME54n but in Inbox, it is not showing.

Please advice , is there anything missing here?

Earlier 4 releasers with release codes and now added another one approver with new release code - correspondingly workflow set up need to be updated with new updation with new release code and sequence of release with agent/recipient on document flow in total. Discuss with ABAPer or Workflow team on concern related to present PR release with workflow for addition of new releaser with a release code

Actually Got the answer, need to maintain Agent Code in Task of PR in T-code - PFTC.
